The clock speaks in minutes, not probabilities:
a quantile band for when this leg dies. Sealed calibration is exact
(25/50/75% coverage = .250/.505/.750). Half of all legs die inside the band.

Read this card as a brake, not an engine. The fade premium
(structural payout of entering against the leg, exiting at the flip) is real but its
LEVEL moves with the regime; only the RANKING is stable year over year. High EV = the
structure is stretched. Low/negative EV = trend-friendly tape. It never picks your side.

The only place direction has ever been measurable. Built on a
separate clock: this card streams raw trades and closes a bar every fixed
$ of notional — the 1-minute data every other card uses carries no directional
signal at all (AUC 0.50). Validated strictly forward, trained on past only, with a
shuffle tripwire. It is a tilt, never a call. The edge decays with elapsed
time, so when the sub-line shows the live horizon far above the trained one, the
percentage is stale and should be ignored.
